Do you have something you just can't let go of in your Closet?

OK, there is something I need to address.  This is very serious so first I will start off by sharing a personal story that may help us all get thru this together.

I have a pair of pajama pants that I got my senior year of high school.  They have been with me thru thick and thin (thin being high school-thick being now  :)  ) and they don't owe me a thing.  I remember actually wearing them to school on a dress down day, wearing then after I gave birth to my son, wearing them in our apartment in Lake Orion for three years, and wearing them to Curves when I started working out there while I was still living in Lake Orion.  I even wore them after I discovered that there was a hole on one side of the butt, in public.  And yes, they are still in my closet and I still wear them.
They have been demoted to PJ pants or I am sick and don't want to get dressed since I'm not leaving the house pants.  So, in saying this, I want you all to understand that I have clothes that I love, that mean the world to me, that have been with me thru Thick and thin and I still wear them BUT (here goes)...

Vicki, we need to have a little chat.  I discovered something that I am just not sure what to think about it so I am coming to you in private (via this very discreet blog) to ask you...

Have I seen you in this sweater before?!?

I could almost swear I have.  I have known you for around 7 years now and I am pretty sure some where, at some time, I have seen this sweater make an appearance.
I could be wrong, but I just had to confirm.  And the only reason I am so interested is this sweater must be around 16 years old.  So, anyway, maybe I am confusing it with some thing else or maybe I just wanted to find an excuse to put these pictures up here.
Now you all know how old my favorite PJ pants are (sorry I am not posting pictures though :P)

I have a QuickSilver LongSleev T-Shirt that has been worn so many times that there are holes under the arms and everywhere else. I like to wear it under other shirts and don't plan on letting go of it anytime soon. In fact I slept in it last night.

I also have this little thong......Just kidding! :)

I also have this one sock that has three toe holes in it. Not a pair, just one sock that I can't seem to get rid of. I just like the feel of the air blowing between my toes on a warm summer day. I plan on buying one glove and cutting off 3 fingers to get the same feeling on my hand.

Okay, Ben, I think you are the one who is a little bored today:)!

You have given us too many things to visualize today that I did not want to:) lol Chris did get a kick out of your humor though I will say. He is so looking forward to seeing you.

Me too:)! & no, Leah, I will tell you I don't save much. I clean out closet each season, and get rid of a lot! I am weird like that:).

Love you guys!

Pardon my foreign wife what she meant to say was that she cleans out the closet every spring! I myself admit to having T-shirts (notice the plural) from high school and yes I still wear them! They are quite comfortable! I can not say yes or no to a thong! I'll bet they too may have the same breeze affect! Just a guess! See you all soon!

P.S. Commando is not a bad way to go either!

Chris

Ok yes you have seen me in this sweater but I think I got rid of it. In fact I forgot all about that sweater. I wonder where it is. I liked that sweater and if I could find it I would wear it to christmas just for you Leah! I must confess I have a hard time throwing good clothing away. If it isn't falling apart it is safe to wear in my opinion. I love ya Leah but I'm glad you didn't do a blog on hairstyles!!!

by the way, that sweater is probably older that 16 because I bought it at a yard sale!!!!
