Have I ever told you thank you?

Obviously, things come up in my life and I use this blog as my sounding board.

Over time I have ended up meeting so many AMAZING ladies through "blog land" and when I hit bottom I can always count on you all to be sad with me, to encourage me, to pray for me, to CARE about my kids...many of you get it in ways people who don't foster can't.

I am also blessed with plenty of people in real life, family and friends that are there for me even though they don't foster, they care about my kids and support me through it all.

I just wanted to tell you ALL thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

For every kind word.

For every encouraging comment & email.

For every prayer that has truly changed things.

I hope and have faith that we will get to see God work in all of my kids' lives, in one way or another-and I am blessed to have all of you to share in that with me.

Keep praying friends, God is the only one that can take care of what needs to be done.

Thank you for writing this blog! I love having a place where I can come where another family GETS it. I have amazing in real life friends too, but for the families that don't foster, it's just harder for them to understand everything. I love the common bond between a foster family!

Right back at ya, girlie! :-) I don't know what I would do without my online friends. You ladies "get it" in a way that no one else does.

Leah, thank you for being honest about your struggles and sharing how God is moving in your life. You have opened my eyes to so many things! I was thinking about you earlier because it's Friday and all you kids will be safe with you this weekend! Enjoy it, I know you will!!

Leah,

I have SO enjoyed getting to know you through our blogs. You have been such an encouragement to me! I, too, have some wonderful friends in real life who love me and my kids well, but it is hard for them to truly "get" the depths of this roller coaster we call fostering. Glad we connected!!
