I have to interrupt my flash back week to bring you some current news though...So, last week, about the middle of the week Kobe gets in the car with this in his hand:

Then, this morning, I found this in his back pack:
The "love note" seems to be written in First Grade Girl Code but I see the word "love" in there-twice.
Is it just me or are these kids a little young for this? :)

Oh that makes my heart melt!!! He has grown up so big, but he still has this most wonderful heart and his personality is amazing. I don't know if I am ready for girlfriends....

Kobe is such a sweet, good looking boy that you will or he will be fighting off the girls.
If it's any comfort, the girls usually notice the boys before the boys notice that the girls are different. Right now they are just "other kids". :) Take hope Mom, the real worries come about 6-7th grade.
Okay the love notes are HILARIOUS! I distinctly remember writing those same notes to one Mr. Best.... :)
