Thank you previous home owners!!!

I hate contact paper, shelf liner, whatever you want to call it.

Fortunately for me, our Kitchen came with an abundance of it.  Just when I thought I had seen it all, I stumbled upon a new variety that I thought I would share with all of you.

Here is the color/style that covers about 1/2 the kitchen.  It is in most of the lower cabinets.  It's ugly-It's seventies-It's mine   Lucky Me.
This is the style that sent me over the edge on Saturday, it was UNDER the beautiful brown and white plaid.  I love when you remove one ugly thing just to find something worse.  Nice.
Here is what is in most of the drawers.  These people must have liked plaid/checks/little squares - in brown and really light blue.
And lastly, here is my favorite of all favorites.  It is off white, shiny, polka dot, cykadelic shelf liner.  Now this is something special.  the funny thing is I don't hate this one so much, I just don't want it in my kitchen.
Soon I will be scraping and "goo goning" all these beautiful contact papers into the trash.

It is going to be a long day (when I finally decide to do it  :) )

You are really lucky to have that project ahead of you (not)! There is always something to do in a house or to spend money on.
